Hello!  My name is Joe Herges, I am the owner of Peak Body Massage and have been a Certified Massage Therapist for 16 years.  I earned my Degree in Massage Therapy from MN School of Business in 2010 where I studied different massage techniques like Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal, Swedish Massage, Thai Massage, Spa Massage, and Myofascial Release.  This has given me an amazing career to truly help others in need.  From the client that just needs to stop and relax to another that has physical pains, the options to help are endless.  We are all on a journey of life here and along the way we should take the time to take care of ourselves.
